The Tulsa Race Massacre
The entire story is heart-wrenching. Nevertheless, it is another part of history that exposes the hearts and mindsets of white Americans, who throughout history have committed horrible crimes simply because they believed they could do so with impunity. Real events like this are the result of having no respect nor value for the lives of Black Americans (which is an unarguable fact of U.S. History). The Racial Massacre of Black Wall Street
No person who is not white like them can possibly be made in the image of God
Without going the religious route… explain why still today, the average white American inherently distances themselves from these historical events and the events our nation experienced on Jan 6 of this year? — To my point, white Americans, especially the vast majority of conservative evangelicals, have never come to the right side of moral and biblical rightness on crimes against real people. We’re talking about real people whom they conveniently claim are made in God’s image when it fits their storyline, yet is wholly without evidence. Why is that? [Because they are lying and their demonstrated behaviors bear witness to the fact they are lying. It’s not even worth arguing about.]
9.9 out of 10 white Americans quickly run in the opposite direction as though they didn’t see anything, then give themselves massive wedgies when called out for being complicit by their cowardice. With few exceptions… white conservative evangelicals have missed EVERY opportunity to honor our God by making a stand for moral, social, & biblical justice. But they don’t. Because they can’t. Because they innately do not recognize nor believe that any person who is not white like them can possibly be made in the image of God. — There is no other reasonable explanation.
